Shall Odessa Township impose an increase of up to 2 mills ($2.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for 4 years, 2016 through 2019 inclusive, for Odessa Township Fire and Ambulance Services, which 2 mills increase will raise an estimated $220,000.00 in the first year the millage is levied of which a portion will be disbursed to the Lake Odessa Downtown Development Authority.
