• What is the cost of a foundation?

  The cost of a foundation is $.40 per square inch—  **lots are 48” wide.

  Foundations require a $25 Urn Pad and 4″ border on remaining three sides.

  • $249.00 Foundation for 1 space with up to 24”x12” headstone, includes a 20’x20” urn ext.
  • $345.00 Foundation for 2 spaces with up to 36”x12” headstone, includes a 20”x20” urn ext.
  • $441.00 Foundation for 2 spaces with up to 48”x12” headstone, includes a 20”x20” urn ext.
  • $537.00 Foundation for 2 spaces with up to 60”x12” headstone, includes a 20”x20” urn ext.
  • $633.00 Foundation for 2 spaces with up to 72”x12” headstone, includes a 20”x20” urn ext.
  • Custom Size Foundation: Contact Treasurer for verification of amount before mailing.

  $25.00 Urn Extensions- required for all urns. All Burial Rights/lots are Non-transferable.

• What is the cost for grave thawing?

  The cost of grave thawing is a $50.00 additional fee per burial December 1 – March 31.

• Are there any days that are excluded for burials throughout the year?

  Yes, burials cannot be performed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4^th of July
  • Christmas
  • Labor Day

• What is the cost of opening & closing graves?

• What is the cost of non-resident lots?

• What is the eligibility and cost of resident lots?

  Resident – A person who makes Odessa Township their permanent home.  A permanent home is the place you intend to return to whenever you go away.
